If you have purchased multiple items, please know that your items may be shipped from different warehouses and may arrive in different packages and different delivery schedules. 

Tracking Information.

Please email us for tracking information and updates.  Although a tracking code may have been generated, any tracking information may be delayed due to the courier picking up, processing, or while your package is in transit from one location to another.  

Import Taxes and Customs Fees.

Import taxes and customs fees may be assessed by your local customs agency.  These fees vary according to local customs agencies and may be assessed.
